Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Ravixo Cunel platform available at ravixocunel.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" include that organization.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. The Platform is intended for individuals seeking educational content and skill development. Use of the Platform for any other purpose is subject to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Creating an Account
To access certain features, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify the Company immediately at info@ravixocunel.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
4.3 Account Sharing
Your Account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your Account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access the Platform through your Account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.
5. Platform Access and Use
5.1 Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
— reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content without express written permission from the Company;
— download, record, screen-capture, or otherwise extract video, audio, or other protected Content from the Platform;
— use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect data from the Platform;
— attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems;
— interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
— use the Platform to transmit harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material;
— impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
— circumvent any technological measures designed to protect Content or restrict access;
— use the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from the Company.
6. Masterclasses and Educational Content
6.1 Nature of Content
Content provided through the Platform, including Masterclasses on hatha yoga basics, is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, therapeutic, or fitness advice. Users with health conditions or physical limitations should consult a qualified professional before engaging in physical practice.
6.2 Access to Purchased Content
Upon successful payment, you receive access to the specific Masterclass or content package you have purchased, for the duration specified at the time of purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or remove Content at any time, provided that access to purchased Content is maintained for the agreed period unless otherwise stated.
6.3 No Certification
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, completion of a Masterclass does not result in a professional certification, accreditation, or qualification recognized by any regulatory or professional body.
7. Payments and Fees
7.1 Pricing
All fees and pricing for Masterclasses and other paid features are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices may be displayed in various currencies and are subject to change. The Company will not apply price changes retroactively to confirmed purchases.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees. The Company does not store full payment card details.
7.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your purchase. Where required by applicable law, the Company may collect and remit taxes on your behalf.
7.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Company's Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To request a refund, contact info@ravixocunel.com. The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests where Content has been substantially accessed or where abuse of the refund process is suspected.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Company Ownership
All Content, trademarks, logos, software, design elements, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
8.2 Limited License

8.3 User Submissions

Physical activities, including yoga practices demonstrated through the Platform, carry inherent risks. The Company makes no representations regarding the suitability of any practice for any individual. Users engage in all physical activities at their own risk.
11.3 Accuracy of Information
While the Company endeavors to ensure that Content is accurate and current, no guarantee is made as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided through the Platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
— your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
— any Content obtained through the Platform;
— unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
— physical injury or health consequences resulting from participation in activities demonstrated on the Platform.
In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting the Company at info@ravixocunel.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, except as provided in the Refund Policy.
14.2 Termination by the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or if the Company discontinues the Platform or any part thereof.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect.
15. Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. If changes are material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users, such as by email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Modifications to the Platform
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any feature, Content, or service. The Company will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.
17. Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner that is fair and reasonable to both parties. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty days, either party may pursue available legal remedies. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek urgent or interim relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
20. Waiver
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
